Steven T. Duplain, Founder and Managing Director of Humanitas, is a native of Chicago, IL. Since his start in the financial services industry over 30 years ago, Steven has championed working with individuals and families, educating financial professionals, and guiding millennials and pre-retirees through life’s challenges with effective and personalized financial strategies. Steven is personally invested and genuinely committed to helping each client attain their dynamic life goals.

Outside of the office, Steven and his wife Charna enjoy horse riding, scuba diving, and water skiing.  For relaxation, they enjoy traveling, with Jamaica being their absolute favorite spot and Japan coming in a close second.

Michael Tompkins, Regional Director with Humanitas Financial, has specialized in retirement planning for more than 12 years. Concentrated mainly in California, he is fully licensed in 10 states throughout the U.S. He specializes in working with affluent individuals, families, business owners and executives, professionals, Educators and their families. He assists them in creating and implementing personal savings and retirement strategies with the focus on minimizing taxes and stock market risk. He is considered a “safe money” retirement planner.

“My goal is to help my clients protect their assets, and earn competitive returns with little or no risk,” says Michael. “Success doesn’t just happen. You need a plan and a reliable advisor. Trae Fauntleroy, Regional Director at Humanitas Financial, was born in Washington D.C and raised in Germantown, Maryland (Montgomery County). Trae started his public service in 1984 at the County Government in the Departments of Recreation and Corrections. For over 20 years, he has been active in the community through counseling, mentoring and community activism. After the unexpected passing of his mother, in 2005 Trae relocated to Southern California.

Over the past 15 years, Trae has helped hundreds of clients in the areas of Financial Services, Insurance, and Energy Consultation. He has a B.S and Masters Degree in Public Administration from Shippensburg University, and is completing his dissertation toward a Doctorate of Business Administration at Northcentral University.

Currently, he and his family reside In Menifee, CA. He is committed to helping people find better economic and financial solutions to ensure prosperity for his clients.

Eve Cordero was born and raised in the Northern part of the Philippines.  At the age of 16, she migrated to Guam, a U.S. Territory in the Pacific.  She attended the University of Guam majoring in Business Management.

She moved to California in 1986.   Over the past ten years, Eve has guided hundreds of clients in the field of Insurance, Financial Services and Energy Consultation.  Presently, she resides in the Inland Empire dedicated to helping people prepare  for a more secure and comfortable financial future. Gary holds Life & Health insurance licenses with the state of California and serves as a Retirement Specialist with Humanitas Financial. Gary has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. 

Renee has lived in California since the age of 5. Over the years she has provided services for battered women’s shelters and community career colleges, empowering young women in preparing for the work environment.

For the past fifteen years she has been in the Financial Services industry. She has worked with the Hartford Insurance Company, Automobile Club of Southern California, AIG, Ameritas, and now she has brought her considerable experience to Humanitas.

Renee has helped many families secure their financial futures with thorough planning using Life Insurance, Annuities, and other financial products. Her goal is to educate and counsel her clients to assist them in achieving financial security. Renee currently resides in Rancho Cucamonga, California and she stands ready to assist you with your financial needs.
